Shipping and Delivery

1. Digital delivery only

All products and subscription benefits are delivered electronically through our website and, where applicable, your registered email. There are no courier or postal deliveries from Draftpe for standard plans.

2. When access is granted

• After successful payment: Paid entitlements (such as higher monthly document limits) are activated as soon as Razorpay confirms successful authorization and our systems process the order. This is typically within a few minutes but may occasionally take longer during outages or bank delays.
• Free accounts: Access to free-tier features is available immediately after you complete signup and verify any steps we require.

3. Document outputs

Generated documents are made available in your browser session and, where the product supports it, from your dashboard or document history. You are responsible for downloading or saving copies you need for your records.

4. Email notifications

We may send transactional emails (for example payment receipts, security alerts, or important service changes). Marketing emails, if any, will include an unsubscribe option where required by law.

5. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may delay delivery of the online service. If paid access is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, our Refund and Cancellation policy describes how to reach us.
